… maybe they should rather concentrate on building telephones …
Lately we undertook a eveningtrip to my former living area TO KWA WAN. The initial reason was a Pixelmess plus acoustic noise performance by pink brothers. The performance added itself perfectly with my headache which i already brought in advance and the eveningsky matched pefectly with the name of those finnish performers.
I didn’t use photoshop for this one…

The way to tok wan wan by bus reminded me that ferry is so much more comfortable… didn’t even know where to place my beer can…

the show took place in the artist village… here

…who cares actually…

.. i have to say that i liked that area in a way …

the little cornerrestaurant with the chinese owner, who speaks some german, because he worked a while for Neckermann in Shenzen … so far the only restaurant in Hong Kong, where I was allowed to smoke inside….
And this shitty building is responsible for all those noisy mornings at my old flat… especially during the basement works…

… the way back through TST … in a way also a former homebase, due to my stay in Chungking Mansion in the first weeks and to drinking sessions at the skyline… so here the promised skyine picture - the number one I-was-in-HK-Motive

since this is a heavy touristspot, including the star ferry overpassing the victoria harbour, one would expect easily understandable noticeboards … such as this one:

Yess yess what an exciting trip ….. but by far not as exciting as the trip no 2 to the german embassy. These fucks just spontaneously changed the requirements!? Same person which told me last time what documents I need to bring additional ones now. After I explained that this is not a very professional way of dealing with things, I got told it’s not her decision, but of another guy. Then I kindly asked (ok… maybe not sooo kindly anymore) to please be refered to this “other guy”. And then she just answered me that this guy don’t want to talk to me. huh?! A “case decision” but nobody wants to explain me the case … Well since an embassy is supposed to represent the country, it’s quite well done for the bureaucratic part.
At least I was able to collect more exciting readingmaterials about germany…. my personal highlight “Germaany-Your Business Partner” by German Office for Foreign trade. Interesting to see that most comparative graphical statistics refer to East- and West-Germany, rather than to Germany … and I wondered that I sometimes got asked abroad if Germany is still divided …. here an excerpt of my favourite chapter about german dresscode….
always this lousy programmers…..
