PCCW vs HUMAN

what does this mean then? well i know already from former experience with german companies dealing with “communication services” that in many cases it is communication-companies facing the biggest issues in communication …. particularly with their clients.
However, I have a new flat and I want internet. That means I am potential client. So for this group of people it shouldn’t be very difficult to get in touch with a company providing that service as it means money for them.
Somehow I couldn’t really find a proper option for new or potential clients on the PCCW website, so I checked for a telephone hotline number…. and found it. On the website it says, that this hotline is availabe between 9 am to 9 pm …. a little bit weak for the leading phone company in hk, but they also have a 24h hotline for premium clients … but right now i am not client at all so i called the first hotline:
hmm… i thought maybe i can just try another combination …

…strange somehow …. so now i wondered what they actually meant with this busy network all the time …. the busy hotline network?? or maybe everybody went home already? …. it is a mystery for me …. and i find it strange to face these issue, even though i’m not even there client yet….
